About Sarah
Sarah Potter holds a PhD in the field of historical musicology, and is a regular soloist on the concert platform in Yorkshire and throughout England. Sarah is currently researching a practice-led PhD project at the University of Leeds which explores the styles and techniques of nineteenth-century singers. You can read a more detailed project overview on the Academic Research tab.
Sarah was a founder member of Harry Christopher's Genesis Sixteen ensemble, generously funded by the Genesis Foundation. Sarah's doctoral research was funded by the Stanley and Audrey Burton Trust.
